Detected accounts
Oneleet reads user accounts from your connected integrations and matches them to the people in your organization. You can review detected accounts on the People page. For each detected account, you can:
- Link it to an existing person
- Add it as a new person
- Ignore it with a reason
- Snooze it until a later date
The All detected accounts are reviewed monitor passes only once every active account is linked to a person, ignored, or snoozed.
Detection runs automatically as your integrations sync. If a newly detected account’s email exactly matches an existing person, Oneleet links it for you.
Only workspace admins can review detected accounts. In the sidebar, open Organization > People. When there are accounts to review, the People page shows a banner; click Review accounts to open the Review Detected Accounts page. Ignored and snoozed accounts don’t count toward the banner.
Account categories
Section titled “Account categories”The page sorts accounts into categories: Suspicious, Likely match, Possible match, New hires, Personal, External, Snoozed, and Ignored.
Likely match holds accounts Oneleet has matched to an existing person on your People page. An account in Possible match, Personal, or New hires moves to Likely match when it shares an email or name with another likely-match account, or shares an email, username, or email prefix (the part before the @) with an account that’s already linked to a person.
The other categories come from the account itself:
- Suspicious: username-only accounts with special characters or fewer than three characters, and accounts with one-character or generic names like “user”, “admin”, “test”, or “demo”.
- New hires: accounts on your verified company domain, plus username-only accounts that didn’t match anyone.
- Personal: accounts on consumer email domains such as gmail.com or outlook.com.
- External: everything else.
Review accounts
Section titled “Review accounts”Accounts that share an email appear as one row when they’re in the same category and review state (active, snoozed, or ignored), so you review them as a group. An account without an email gets its own row. On a Likely match or Possible match row, you can choose Assign individually from the row’s dropdown to review each account in the group on its own if necessary. Each row shows which integration and connection the account came from. Accounts that no longer have access show a Deactivated badge.
Link to a person
Section titled “Link to a person”On a likely-match row, the Link to button names the suggested person; click it to link every account in the group to them.
To pick someone else, click the chevron next to the button, choose Link to a person…, and search for them. Rows in other categories have the same Link to a person option.
To link every account in the Likely match group to its suggested person at once, click Link to all existing users.
Linking an ignored or snoozed account also unignores or unsnoozes it.
Add as a new person
Section titled “Add as a new person”If the account belongs to someone who isn’t on your People page yet, click Add as a person (or Add as a new person… in the row’s dropdown). The Add person modal opens with the account’s email and name prefilled; when the account has a valid email, the Email field is locked.
Fill in the person’s remaining details and click Add person. Oneleet creates and invites the person, then links all accounts in the group to them.
Ignore an account
Section titled “Ignore an account”Click Ignore on a row (or Ignore account in the row’s dropdown) to mark the account as reviewed without linking it. The Ignore account modal asks for a reason, which is required. On a grouped row, the reason applies to all accounts in the group.
The account moves to the Ignored group, which is hidden by default; click Show ignored accounts below the list, or choose Ignored in the category filter, to see it. The row notes who ignored the account, when, and the reason. Click Unignore to put an account back into review, which also clears the reason.
Snooze an account
Section titled “Snooze an account”Snoozing hides an account from the review list until a date you choose. Use it for an account you can’t review yet but don’t want to ignore.
Click Snooze on a row and choose a duration, or Choose date… for a specific day. The Snooze account modal shows when the snooze ends and asks for a reason, which is required. On a grouped row, the snooze applies to all accounts in the group.
Once snoozed, accounts move to the Snoozed group, which is hidden by default; to see it, click Show snoozed accounts below the list, or choose Snoozed in the category filter. The row shows the date the snooze ends and the reason; hover the date to see who snoozed the account and when. You can click Unsnooze to bring it back early.
When the snooze ends, the account returns to its usual category the next time the page loads. Snoozing doesn’t count as reviewing an account, so a snoozed account still fails the All detected accounts are reviewed monitor.
Unlink an account from a person
Section titled “Unlink an account from a person”On the People page, click a person’s account count in the accounts column to open the list of accounts linked to them, then click Unlink next to an account. You can’t unlink an account whose email matches the person’s Oneleet email.
All detected accounts are reviewed monitor
Section titled “All detected accounts are reviewed monitor”The All detected accounts are reviewed monitor fails for each active account that’s neither linked to a person nor ignored, reporting that it “has not been reviewed (not linked to a person or marked as ignored)”. Deactivated accounts still appear on the review page but don’t count against this monitor.
